I was asked to outline the waiting process customers experience for photography services the business provides.

A user story is a concise, informal description of a feature or requirement from the perspective of an end user. It typically follows the format: "As a [type of user], I want [some goal] so that [reason]." This helps teams understand the user's needs and priorities.
